Customer Service

We all want to provide our customers with only the best in customer service.  From well-trained employees to customer-friendly policies, it's simply what makes a good company ... great.

First, ask yourself these questions:

  • Are customers hanging up when waiting on hold?

  • If customers call back, do they say, "I thought I was disconnected because I didn't hear anything" or "I thought you forgot about me."

  • Do customers complain about long hold times?

  • Are your callers irritated or angry when they "finally talk to a human being?"

Well we have good news: we can help fix all of this.

Let's be realistic - sometimes you simply must place callers on hold.  In fact, approximately 70% of callers are placed on hold.  While some businesses see this as a negative, it is in fact an opportunity to make your business shine.

Still uncertain whether On-Hold messaging is right for you?  Before you decide, consider these facts:

Put simply, your business cannot afford to lose customers simply because they're placed on hold.

Still uncertain?  Well...think about those times when you have been placed on hold.

Then - give us a shout.

Waiting in line ... can be a painful experience.

Let's say you're at the DMV where, notoriously, lines are not short and waits are long. Today, you're met with a 45-minute wait.

How will you pass the time?  You look at the floor.  You look at your watch.  You check your phone for messages.  Nice picture on the wall.  Two minutes have passed.

The person ahead of you makes a joke about the wait, and you laugh and joke back.  You begin talking.  Before you know it - DING! - you're called to the window.  It's been 50 minutes, and you're not even a little irritated!

How did time pass so quicky?  Simple: your mind was kept busy without your having to work at it.

This is the magic of On-Hold Messaging.  By keeping your callers' attention while waiting, you've shortened their perceived time on hold, and that's simply good for everyone.
